Shaken Baby Syndrome And Why

Who in the right mind would do a thing like this to an innocent and helpless baby. Karma ,Do you know what that means. If not I will tell you. It means what goes around comes around. Which if you do something mean or bad. You will get something bad done to you. I'm a strong believer in this. I personally think people who do this are sick people and should be shot. But I know why people do this which is not right. It's because the baby is crying and won't stop. So they think if they shake them it will make them stop. Well WRONG guess again. Let me tell you if you ever find yourself feeling stressed out because of your baby crying and won't stop. Here is a suggestion. First put the baby down on the bed,couch,playpen or even the swing. Just make sure they will be safe. Now walk away go into another room where the baby is not. Just take a 5 minute break and relax. Don't worry the baby will be fine as long as you left them in a safe place. Especially where they can't fall. After 5 minutes or maybe even longer if needed Then return to your baby. If you still feel stressed leave the room again for more time. See this is alot better then harming or shaking your baby. Possibly killing them too. Which they don't deserve it. Remember it's not their fault that they cry. DUH they are just babies. That is how they communicate with you.

However rib fractures are common and can be seen on a x-ray. An eye doctor can find bleeding behind the baby's eye or retinal detachment. There maybe no external signs of injuries following the shaken. Babies suffer internally from brain bleeding and bruising . It can also swell. The cause of the brain neck and spine damage that can result from being shaken is brute force. Nearly 2,000 children die every year as a result of being shaken. Physicians may have difficulty diagnosing SBS ( shaken baby syndrome) because there are usually few witnesses to the event leading to the trauma. Nothing can change the tragedy of a baby's death. But two wrongs don't make a right. So the next time your stressed out. Think before you act. Or this could happen to you if your are convicted of SBS. In two cases of SBS. One person was sentenced to 53 years and the other 21 years
