So here I am again in Boston. But It's ok its for a very good cause. I'm in the same hospital as my new born baby girl. Let me tell you having a c-section is no walk in the park but I have had pain killers most of the day. So the pain is not that bad I guess. I got here around 4 pm and I'm hoping that I will be able to see my baby soon. But first I need to be checked out to make sure I'm ok. I know she is born 10 weeks early but o my she is so tiny. She is in the NICU and we can go see her anytime even at 3 in the morning. Which I think is really cool.My partner has taking alot of pics so far.The next day we went down to see her and what a shock we both were in for. They were telling us that we might be able to hold her. I cant even explain how happy I was to hear that. Then later on we went down to see her again and it was so hot in the NICU. I understand that they have to keep it warm for the babies. I was talking one minutes and then I dont remember anything after that. I guess I was told that i passed out. But I have to say thank you to my partner for catching me in his arms because if not I would have hit the floor and hurt myself badly. I guess I just did way to much that day and I have to take it easy for the rest of the day. I'm very thankful for my partner catching me. Thank you so much Scott.. Then the next day they took her off oxgen and they are talking about taking her off her IV's too.We are so shocked to here this all. Then after being there for 4 days I was getting discharged. My partner and I were so happy but also very upset. Because we both know Kristina will be staying. So this hospital has these rooms that you can stay in them if you want to stay with your baby . So my partner and I both did for three days and then we are going home on Sunday. This hospital is so amazing we are going to donate money every month starting in January and plus we both agree that after kristina/ has out grown her clothes . We are planning to donate all of them to the NICU so they can use them on the babies there . Or even give them to some parents who really dont have anything for there new babies. Then when we came home on Sunday. We got the best news on Tuesday . It was that they were sending her back to Lowell General Hospital. My partner are so excited she now will be closer to use and easlier to see her too. So now we both go see her everyday now the only thing is that she is spiting up but that is only if she gets formula not breast milk . She does wicked good on the breast milk.Plus there is another good thing too. My 14 yr old daughter can hold her and she held her for the first time. I can't explan the expression on her face. It was priceless to see it and it was priceless to see her hold her little sister for the first itme. You bet we took pics of her holding her. Priceless pics too. So my partner and I go everyday except on Sundays and I take my 14 yr old every other day .So she can bond with her little sister. Now they are starting something new with Kristina. It's called Kangoor care that means they put the baby on you skin to skin. It helps her bond with you and plus it helps her grow too. I had her on my chest skin to skin and let me tell you it felt so awesome. I can't wait til I do it again. They even did it with my partner and I know he loved it . I know he didn't tell me but I know from his face expression that he loved it too, We all want her to come home for Christmas but I does not look like it. Or even coming home for New Years. But we can alll pray for a mirical. We all love you and hope you get better so you can come home where you belong.. We all love you and you are in our hearts and prayers. I pray every night for you to get better. I know your daddy does too. She has a poka dotted dog with a red nose with a snowlfake on it and a blue hat on its head. Its so she knows she is not forgotten and loved by all.
