Why Do We Swear

Really why do we swear? Is it because we don't know better? Or are we just use to hearing it from your parents? Or do you have a friend that swears? Do you think you feel cool when you swear? We all know swearing is not good. Some people get offended when they hear you swear. It really makes them upset. But really why do we swear? We know it does not sound nice and we still continue to do it. I just don't understand why people continue to do this. I guess we will never understand this swearing thing. I just don't know I wish we could stop all this swearing but I know that's not going to happen. I know I'm not the greatest. I do have a mouth at times. And I know I have to curve it. Especially with a new baby on the way. I don't think I would like my baby going around telling people off/ Like my friends 4 year old son. What a mouth he has. But think where did he get it from? It all boils down to the parents . Kids pick it up and say what they hear. So next time before you swear  think twice and look around you. Be a good role model to others , especially kids they look up to you. Even if you are not their parents. Did you know swearing began roughly in the sixteenth century and continues to change with each generation?
